How it works

Orders are placed here and confirmed on WhatsApp. Once you send the cart across, we check stock, work out the delivery charge for your city and send back the final total before anything is packed.

Nothing is charged on this website, and we never ask for card details in the chat.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. Remote areas are usually reachable too, though they can take longer and cost a little more — we tell you which applies to your address when we confirm.

Charges and timing

Delivery is charged separately from the product total and depends on the city and the weight of the order. We quote it per order rather than posting a table that would go stale.

We pack the day an order is confirmed. Transit time after that is down to the courier, and we give you the expected window in the chat.

How it is packed

Everything is weighed and sealed to order. Honey and shilajit jars travel wrapped and boxed; gift boxes go out assembled, ready to hand over.

If something arrives wrong

Send us a photograph in the same WhatsApp thread within 48 hours of delivery. If a jar broke in transit or the wrong weight went into the box, we replace it — you keep the thread as the record.
